Questions families often ask
The things families ask us most, said plainly.
How long will recovery take?
Every person is different, so we can't promise a timeline. Neuro recovery is usually gradual, and we'll share honest updates at each step rather than fixed dates.
Will my parent fully recover?
We can't guarantee outcomes, and we'll never promise what we can't keep. What we can promise is consistent, skilled effort aimed at the best possible independence.
Can we be there during therapy?
Family involvement is welcome and often helpful. Call reception to talk through visiting and being present during sessions.
Is DSW an emergency hospital?
No — we're a rehabilitation and care clinic, not an emergency room. In a medical emergency, please call 112 or 108. Our role is planned, supportive recovery care.
