Questions families often ask
The things families ask us most, said plainly.
Does my parent stay overnight?
No — day care runs through the daytime and your loved one returns home in the evening. Call reception for the daily timings.
What happens during the day?
A mix of any planned therapy, health monitoring, help with daily needs and company — shaped around your loved one.
Can we drop off and pick up around work?
We aim to make it practical for working families. Call reception to talk through timings and arrangements.
Is DSW an emergency hospital?
No — we're a rehabilitation and care clinic, not an emergency room. In a medical emergency, please call 112 or 108. Our role is planned, supportive recovery care.
